(2024)
This Dataset contains all data and scripts required to replicate the results presented in the manuscript. All data processing is carried out in jupyter notebooks and python scripts. Required python packages are listed in the requirements.txt file, found in the codes folder. We employed NanoCT (nano X-Ray computed tomography) data and surface magnetometry data, measured by a quantum diamond microscope (QDM) for our manuscript. All data (nanoCT, QDM, and numerical) are provided in the data folder sorted per type. Detailed information about the files in these subfolders as well as information on how the data is processed is given in the explanatory file README.txt. Contact person is Frenk Out - Researcher - f.out@uu.nl", The package uses a dual license structure with a different license for the codes (MIT license) and a different license for the data (Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0)). See license.txt for more information on these licenses.
